Children's Wednesday School

The members of Hope Lutheran Church believe that Christian education is a vital element of the congregation’s ministry to children and families.

Our Weekday School Program of Christian Education is held during the months of September through May. Classes are held each Wednesday afternoon, from 4:00-5:00 PM. Our time together includes an after school snack, a Bible lesson and a variety of activities to reinforce the theme of the lesson. In addition, students study the six chief parts of Christian doctrine using Luther’s Small Catechism in preparation for the Rite of Confirmation. All study materials are provided for the students.

Our classes are taught by trained, experienced and dedicated Christian teachers who are excited to share the Good News of God’s love in Jesus Christ with children and their families. Parents and teachers form a partnership to develop Christian faith and love for our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Interested children/families in our area are always welcome to join our program.
